Instruction for payment

Registration for EPNC 2024 will be completed by paying the registration fees.
Please note that only bank transfer is available.

Eary bird payment is possible before May 15 2024!

Cancellation and refund policy:

Written requests for cancellation must be emailed to 

* Requests received by 15 May 2024 – a full refund will be given.
* No refunds will be given after 1 June 2024.

Registration for Regular Authors includes:
Welcome reception, gala dinner, coffee breaks, lunches, a copy of the final program and online Conference Proceedings, and admission to all sessions.

Registration for Students includes:
Welcome reception, Gala dinner, Coffee breaks, lunches, a copy of the final program and online Conference Proceedings, and admission to all sessions. It will be required to provide a Department/Faculty or University certificate.

Registration for General Participants includes:
Welcome reception, gala dinner, coffee breaks, lunches, a copy of the final program and online Conference Proceedings, and admission to all sessions. This type of registration is for participants who doesn’t present any paper.

Registration for accompanying person includes:
Welcome reception, gala dinner, coffee breaks, lunches and a tourist trip. (Admission to sessions is not included).
